SVQ Level 2 in Food and Drink Operations (Meat and Poultry Skills) at SCQF Level 5 – Structure – Customer Service
To attain the qualification candidates must complete 8 units in total. This comprises:-
2 Mandatory units
• Maintain workplace food safety standards in manufacture
• Maintain the workplace and health & safety in food manufacture
4 units from Group B
The remaining 2 units can be taken from Group B, C, or D.
